Same owner as previous post needed this Elgin R rebuilt, wheel replaced, new platform, new tower diagonal bracing, and tower re-plumbed. This family had me rebuild and install new a total of six windmills on their farm! Like a dummy, got my hand in front of the business end of a torch on this job…yikes! 2019
